Dmytro Bahta

Over the years, food photographer Dmytro Bahta has worked with more than 200 restaurant projects in Ukraine and with restaurants around the world. Dmytro creates professional food photography filled with brightness, texture, and color. His photos are real works of art that fascinate with their contemporary stylization. He creates projects aimed at researching and popularizing Ukrainian cuisine, products, and regions of the country. In 2019-2020, he held a series of training seminars in collaboration with Canon in different cities of Ukraine.

Together with Igor Mezencev, Dmytro is a co-founder and photographer of the culinary project TOPOT. During the war, he continued to work on the development of Ukrainian gastronomy as a co-author of the Varti project and co-created the Good Morning Chef initiative, a series of charity breakfasts for children and internally displaced persons. One of Dmytro’s latest projects is Forest Dinner, based on the TOPOT journeys.
